  The kids working here are nice but this place is ALWAYS understaffed! We just ordered 2 medium slushies and waited 15 minutes before canceling our order and leaving. My kids want to go here all the time and I tell them no a lot because of how long you have to wait. The owner of this business needs to get off the money and hire more people to run it!

  Staff could be friendlier. They were out of onion rings the last 2 times I visited. Out of bananas when I tried to order a Banana Cream Pie Shake. Food I received was hot and fresh. Fix stocking issue to improve rating.

  The service is always really slow, as is usual with restaurants in Chelsea for some reason. This location does not seem to be very clean, there is a bad wasp and yellow jacket problem here, and there have been several times where I have been here and employees are not in uniform. The cheap food is about the only reason we visit
